* All orders are processed and packed within **1 to 2 business days** (Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays and weekends).

### 3. Same-Day Delivery (Metro Manila Only)
Need your art supplies urgently for a project deadline? We offer same-day express shipping!
* **Availability:** Monday to Friday, for orders placed before 1:00 PM.
* **How it works:** Choose **"Same-Day Delivery (Grab/Lalamoon/Borzoi)"** at checkout.
* **Booking & Fees:** Shipping fees are **paid by the receiver (buyer)** upon delivery. You can either arrange the pickup yourself after we notify you that the order is ready, or our team can book it and quote you the rider fee.
### 4. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, we will email or text you a tracking link. You can easily monitor its progress directly through our carrier's tracking portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
### 5. Damaged, Lost, or Incomplete Orders
Art supplies can sometimes be fragile. If your package arrives damaged (e.g., leaked paints, cracked items, broken brushes) or if something is missing, we will make it right!
